Please arrive with your bathing suit and a water vessel. We will provide towels and bathing products, if you choose to shower pre-post your session. We have lockers for your belongings and ask that you drop your shoes at the cubby by the entrance.

If this is your first time joining us, please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled session so we can show you around and answer any questions that may be looming.
We will honor a 10 minute grace period after the session begins; late entry beyond that will not be permitted. If you are on the waitlist and someone cancels, we will inform you via text.
If you are on the waitlist and choose to arrive early in hopes of a spot opening up, and it does - we will honor your entry after the pending 10 minutes grace period.

New client specials, and single class credits/ drop-ins have a rolling two week booking window. Meaning, you can book two weeks out from today.
Our Members and class pack holders receive a 30 day booking window.

To make a reservation please create an account on our website and select the session of your choice. To book online, you will need to purchase a Drop-In Credit or have class credit available via the purchase of a class pack or via our membership program.
We do sell Drop-Ins and Session Packages at the studio (via cash or credit/debit card), however, you must contact us in advance if you would like to book a session that follows, given we have a specific amount of reservations available per hour.
You can see on our booking schedule how many spots are booked / available (example: 08/12 means that 8 of the 12 spots have been booked and 4 remain available. In-person drop-ins without a reservation in advance are available, but only if the space allows, ie: they are not guaranteed.)
If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid losing your credit or incurring a late cancellation charge.

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as possible via your account on our website.
BATH HAUS Cancellations:
Cancel at least 12 hours before session to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before your session) or no-shows:
Drop-in & class pack holders: Lose the session credit.
Unlimited Members: 100 PESO late cancel fee, 200 PESO no-show fee.
Important: We do not accept cancellations via email, Facebook, or Instagram. You are responsible for managing your reservations through your account.
SANGHA HAUS Workshops:
In most instances, there will be no refunds (as we must ensure we can cover the costs of the facilitators and materials). If there is a life occurrence that is absolutely unresolvable, please contact us via WhatsApp at your earliest convenience so we can offer your spot to another guest.

If a session is full, we recommend joining the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email or text notification based on your communication preferences. Read below for our waitlist deets.
If you’re added to a session from the waitlist, the late cancellation policy applies. Please remove yourself if you can no longer attend.
If you’re not added, your credit remains available for future use.
You can check your waitlist position under your account on our website.
If you waitlist multiple sessions, you’re responsible for managing your reservations to avoid accidental or double bookings.
Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the policy timeframe.
If a waitlisted client arrives for an open spot, they must wait the full 10-minute grace period to honor our late entry policy.

All HAUS WELLNESS memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, memberships renew automatically on a month-to-month basis.
Billing & Payments
By purchasing a membership, you authorize HAUS WELLNESS to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month for your membership and any applicable late cancellation fees.
Membership charges will process on your contract renewal date.
If a payment fails, your booking privileges will be frozen until payment is resolved.
Membership Packages, Credits & Expiration
Membership credits do not roll over and must be used within the 30-day billing cycle.
Cancellations & Holds
To cancel your membership, email us with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and up to 2 months per calendar year by emailing us with exact dates.
Memberships cannot be canceled while frozen.

Package holders receive one guest pass per month they can use to book and bring a friend with them. Our Founding Members receive two guest passes. All guests must be booked into the session in advance, via your account on our website.

All sales are final. Sessions are not available for transfer or exchange and cannot be shared amongst clients. All merchandise bought is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Though we will always do our best to find your favorite water bottle you may have left behind, HAUS WELLNESS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please utilize your lockers ;) Feel free to message the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.

This time is an offering you are making to yourself - for you to drop in and dial out from the world around you. We ask that you reserve the desire to take photos or videos for before or after the contrast therapy circuits, as to respect the privacy of those around you.

The minimum age to attend a session is 16 years old. A parent or guardian must be present if the individual is under the age of 18 and must sign a consent form for them to partake in the contrast therapy circuits at Bath Haus or to join our workshops at Sangha Haus. If the content of a workshop is inappropriate for our younger audience, we will be sure to note this in the schedule when the workshop details are listed.

Electronic Communication Consent
By visiting HAUS WELLNESS or communicating with us via email, you consent to receive communications electronically. We may communicate with you through email, website postings, or social media. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that
such communications be in writing.
Assumption Of Risk And Release Of Liability
In consideration of my participation in contrast therapy sessions, sauna sessions, usage of the cold plunges, showers and facilities, tea ceremonies, meditations, studio
programs, and/or workshops (the ”Programs”) offered by HAUS WELLNESS S. DE R.L. DE C.V., I hereby agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in the Programs involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. I fully assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: physical exertion, potential injury, medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, slipping or falling, equipment failure, and other unforeseen hazards. I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
2. Medical Responsibility: I affirm that I have consulted with a physician regarding my participation in the Programs and have received approval to participate. I warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation.
3. Release of Liability: I, for myself and my heirs, assigns, successors, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, release and agree not to sue HAUS WELLNESS S. DE R.L. DE C.V., their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, or landlords of any premises in which they operate, for any personal injury or property damage sustained during my participation in the Programs or use of HAUS WELLNESS S. DE R.L. DE C.V. facilities or equipment.
4. Indemnification: I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAUS WELLNESS S. DE R.L. DE C.V., their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and landlords from any claims, suits, or demands arising from my participation in the Programs or presence in the facility.
5. Medical Conditions Disclosure: I understand that it is my ongoing responsibility to inform HAUS WELLNESS of any medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries prior to my first session and as necessary thereafter.
6. Participation Rights: I understand that HAUS WELLNESS reserves the right to refuse my participation in any Program. Except for a monetary refund, I agree that I have no claims against HAUS WELLNESS or its landlords for any such refusal.

I consent to the photographing and recording of my participation in HAUS WELLNESS activities. I authorize HAUS to use these photographs and recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, and marketing materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these materials and release HAUS WELLNESS from any claims related to their use.

I have read and fully understand this Combined Liability Waiver and Release. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions and understand that this agreement applies to all HAUS WELLNESS S. DE R.L. DE C.V. locations.
